Management is on-site six days per week and available by phone, email, or via the resident portal.

Applications for an apartment home may be completed on our website.

Applications are typically processed within 48 hours.

There is an application fee of $150 and a deposit of $250 - to 1/2 month's rent.

For new renters we encourage you to do your research and read the reviews.

To pay rent, residents can log-in through their resident portal through their browser or app to pay rent online.

Valet Trash service is a monthly fee.

Yes, you are required to purchase renter’s insurance with $100,000 of liability coverage.

Utilities are billed by individual usage, not included in rent.

To set up utilities you only need to set up a Georgia Power Account.

Internet and Cable providers include Google Fiber, Comcast Xfinity, and At&t Fiber.

We allow 4 guests per keyfob holder in the Westside Room/Skydeck and 2 guests per keyfob holder at the pool.

No, we do not offer rent reductions for longer leases or paying in advance.

No, we do not allow subletting.

Early termination fee is equivalent to one month's rent and 30 day notice rent responsibility.

Yes, we provide covered parking.

We do not offer furnished apartments.

Yes, we offer leases from 2-12 month lease terms.

Yes, we offer corporate leases.

Pet Policy

Our community requires a $400 pet deposit per pet, $125 of which is refundable, and $20 monthly pet rent per pet.

We restrict pets to 100 lbs max and no aggresive breeds.

Yes, we are very pet friendly!

We have a Dog Run on-site.

Amenities

Some of our community amenities include a Fitness Center, Coffe shop, Yoga Center, Rooftop Terrace, Pool, Dog Spa, Dog Run, Courtyard, and Covered Parking.

The pool and decks are available year round 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM.

Yes, we include washer and dryer hookups in each apartment.

Standard appliances include fridge, freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, oven, and stove top.

Our community fitness center is open from 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM.

Our community fitness center equipment includes Treadmill, Elliptical, Row Machine, Free Weights, Bench Press, TRX, Cycle, and Kettlebell.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM and there are no fees for using communal space.

Location

We are at the corner of Foster St. and Huff Rd. across from Summer Classics Retail shop.

The nearest cross street is Foster Street.

There is a MARTA bus stop one block away from our community.

Our community is by Westside Provisions.

We have a dog run on-site but there is also one .8 miles away called Atlantic Station Dog Park.

Our residents shop at Westside Provisions and Atlantic Station.

The nearest coffee shop, Chattahoochee Coffee Company, is located within our community.

Maintenance

Yes, nearby bike trails can be found at the Beltline.

Before you move in, we will have painted and cleaned the entire apartment, steamed the carpet, detailed all appliances, and completed at least 3 inspections to be sure all is in order.

Yes, we have on-site maintenance.

If you need help from our maintenance team, please enter a service request through your online portal or our maintenance line and we'll have a team member help with the repair.

We will handle maintenance issues in the order they are received.

You are not required to be present during service request work.

We do not provide a lock out service. During office hours, management has a hard copy of your apartment key. Outside of office hours, residents are individually responsible for obtaining a locksmith.

Yes, feel free to decorate your apartment but please remember that holes bigger than a quarter size on walls are charged upon vacating and changing wall color will incur costs at move out to return the wall to its original color.
